Latvian Gymnasium in Hamilton

The Latvian Gymnasium in Hamilton is a part of the Latvian School in Hamilton. It resumed its work in September, 2011 after 18 years’ interruption. In spring 2015 the first 3 students finished the renewed gymnasium. 94 students in total have finished the gymnasium.



The students increase their knowledge acquired in school by learning Latvian language and literature, folklore, history, singing and kokle playing, Bible lessons and art history in the gymnasium.

The studies of the Latvia Gymnasium in Hamilton take place in the Hamilton Latvian Society House.
