Reading performance of Mārtiņš Zīverts play Oil

Following the tradition with the starting of new year, the Riga Latvian Society Theatre Commission organises the reading performance of Mārtiņš Zīverts play. This time we have chosen Zīverts play Oil, whose premiere was in 1931 after which it had been left without showing for many decades, but nowadays it has acquired the topicality again.
The play reading performance staged by Anna Eižvertiņa, will take place on February 5, at 18.oo in the RLS Fireplace Hall. The evening will start theatre scientist Viktors Hausmanis with his narration. In the reading-performance will participate actors: Mārtiņš Vilsons, Valdis Lūriņš, Dainis Sumišķis and Latvian Academy of Culture 4th course students.
